SPECIAL ORDERS

If there is an item you are interested in that you don't see on our site, we are more than happy to try and obtain it for you.  Additionally, if you need assistance for a special occasion (i.e. shower hostess gifts, events, party decor, etc.) just email and let us know how we can help!  Please email all requests to customerservice@laurenmiahome.com

 Please note that since special orders are items specifically ordered for you at your request, payment is processed at the time of your order placement and the order will be immediately made with the vendor.  Special orders are shipped to you after we receive delivery of your order or directly to you from the vendor at the vendor's discretion.  All sales are final on special order items after 24 hours of order placement.

SALES TAX

No sales tax will be charged to orders delivered outside the state of Georgia.  Lauren Mia Home is required to charge the appropriate sales tax on all orders shipped to a Georgia address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you love everything you purchase from Lauren Mia Home.  In the event you are not satisfied and need to return an item:

  1. Email customerservice@laurenmiahome.com to let us know what you will be returning within seven days of receiving your order.  You will receive a specific return code that must accompany the return and invoice or your return will not be processed.
  2. All returned items must be in original condition with original tags attached (if any) and must be postmarked for return no more than fourteen business days after receiving.
  3. Make sure to pack all returns carefully (preferably in original packaging).  Please note that it is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure goods are packed adequately to avoid damage in transit.  Please make sure to insure the package with the carrier for your protection.  In the event of breakage, no credit will be issued.
  4. Your refund will not include shipping and handling charges.
  5. Ship the package to the address below via a traceable, insured delivery method to protect against loss or damage.  Lauren Mia Home is not responsible for any shipping loss or damage on returned items.

SHIPPING

You can trust that your order will be processed quickly and delivered safely.  We can ship products anywhere in the United States.  Large or heavier items may take longer in order to ensure they arrive in the same condition in which we sent them.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

We pack all orders carefully, but occasionally damage does occur during transit.  If your merchandise arrives damaged promptly call or email us at:

We will report the damage to the appropriate shipping carrier and send a replacement item as soon as possible, if available.  Please do not discard the damaged item(s) or the packaging materials for at least seven business days from the time you report the damage unless you are told otherwise.  The carrier may decide to pick up the package or may contact you to set up an appointment to inspect the damaged merchandise during this time.

GO GREEN

Lauren Mia Home cares about the environment.  Therefore, when you receive your package please know we are doing our part by reusing boxes and/or shipping materials whenever possible.

If your order is a gift, please note it in the sales transaction or email us within 24 hours and we will make sure the item is packaged appropriately and in the spirit with which you are so thoughtfully giving the gift.

In any event, we kindly ask that you recycle the packaging materials you receive from us.  Together we can all make a difference.
